Sr Engineer plays a critical role in planning, executing, and closing engineering projects. Roles and Responsibilities of a Projects Engineer 1. Project Planning & Initiation Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Prepare technical and cost budget data for project execution. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource requirements. 2. Technical Coordination Review and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications & Customer requirements Co-ordinate with design teams, Installation Teams, and customers to ensure alignment. Provide technical guidance and resolve engineering-related issues on-site. 3. Project Execution & Management Manage day-to-day operations of projects to ensure timely and budget-oriented delivery. Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards. 4. Budgeting and Cost Control Prepare and monitor project budgets and cost estimates. Identify cost-saving opportunities and manage change orders. Report on financial performance to senior management. 7. Communication & Reporting Act as a liaison between stakeholders, clients, contractors, and teams. Provide regular updates, progress reports, and risk assessments. Attend project meetings and contribute to decision-making. 8. Risk Management Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies. Monitor project risks and make adjustments as necessary. 9.
