The role involves managing attendance, deployment, compliance, and resolving grievances of the workforce while ensuring smooth workflow and coordination. Key Responsibilities:Supervise daily activities and attendance of labour staff. Ensure proper deployment of workers as per work requirements. Monitor compliance with site rules and company policies. Handle labour-related grievances and communicate effectively with both workers and management. Maintain daily records and reports related to manpower and work progress. Support the smooth functioning of operations through proactive supervision. Required Skills:Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to coordinate and manage labour effectively. Basic record-keeping and reporting ability. Languages: Hindi and Marathi (mandatory) Who Can Apply:Freshers with good communication and leadership skills. Candidates residing near Moshi or Rabale preferred.
