Job Description:Mayur Enterprises is seeking a skilled and experienced Site Engineer to oversee and manage on-site construction activities, specifically in civil and PEB (Pre-Engineered Building) structures. Key Responsibilities:Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the site Ensure work execution as per approved drawings and specifications Coordinate with contractors, laborers, and site supervisors Maintain site records, daily progress reports, and quality control checks Handle measurements, material management, and work planning Ensure safety standards and site discipline are followed Assist in billing, estimation, and reporting to senior engineers or management Requirements:Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering Minimum 2 years of experience in site execution (civil/PEB structure preferred) Good knowledge of construction methods, drawings, and materials Ability to manage labor and contractors on site Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/AutoCAD is a plus Strong communication and leadership skills Benefits:Opportunity to work on dynamic industrial and commercial projects Hands-on experience with PEB and civil construction Supportive team environment Timely salary and performance-based growth
