Job Summary This role focuses on outbound and inbound customer calls to generate leads, explain product features, and finalize orders. You’ll collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction. Success is measured by call volume, lead conversion rate, and revenue closed. Key Responsibilities 60–80 outbound calls daily to prospects and existing clients Present product benefits, warranty terms, and service policies in clear, persuasive language Qualify leads, handle objections, negotiate pricing, and secure phone-based sales Log call details, quotations, and orders in CRM for accurate forecasting Liaise with engineering, operations, and logistics teams to track delivery timelines Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to pipeline accuracy Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any discipline; mechanical engineering is a plus 2–4 years’ experience in tele-sales, inside sales, or customer outreach roles Proven ability to meet or exceed phone-driven sales targets Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or similar) and MS Office Skills and Competencies: Confident verbal communication and active listening Quick learner with technical curiosity to understand product specifications Strong negotiation skills and resilience under rejection Organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven Self-motivated and able to work independently to achieve targets
Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and spares against purchase orders and delivery notes Accurately record receipts, issues, transfers, and adjustments in the ERP/inventory system ( SAP B1) Maintain optimum stock levels; trigger reorder points and generate material requisitions following approved procedures Pick, pack, and dispatch materials to work sites or internal departments; coordinate intra-site transfers Cycle-count and conduct physical inventories; investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions Coordinate with procurement and vendors for urgent requirements, returns, and quality issues Prepare and maintain storeroom documentation: stock cards, bin cards, inspection reports, and audit trails Ensure proper storage conditions, labeling, and segregation of hazardous and high-value items Keep the storeroom clean, organized, and compliant with safety and 5S standards Assist in disposal, transfer, or auction of obsolete or surplus inventory per company policy Support ad hoc projects—site relocations, plant shutdowns, and special equipment moves.
