Ø Handle manpower and managing electroplating plant activities. Ø To maintain 5S in work area. Ø To maintain safe working environment. Ø To do analysis & maintain all bath parameters in order to supply best quality electroplating. Ø To assist and carry preventive maintenance of electroplating bath as per control plan. Carry out titration in the lab for best quality results and to maintain all records as per IATF. Ø Carry root cause analysis with Quality to reduce respective problems in Electroplating.
