Job Description

Key Responsibilities • Manage the daily operations of all rental branches. • Supervise staff, provide training, guidance, and performance evaluation. • Maintain deep knowledge of cars and bikes, including features, rental process, and maintenance. • Ensure high-quality customer service and handle escalations effectively. · Drive sales performance and meet revenue targets across all branches. • Monitor vehicle availability, servicing schedules, and proper documentation. • Track local market trends and competitors to develop growth strategies. · Prepare and submit branch performance reports to management. Requirements • Graduate (any stream), MBA preferred • 2-3 years of experience in Branch/Operations Management (Machanical , Rental, Travel, or related field preferred)· Strong knowledge of Cars & Bikes • MBA internship candidates can also join (technical and commercial). • Proven leadership and team-handling experience. • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and basic computer tools. • Willingness to travel across multiple branches.
