About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Branch Manager to lead and oversee operations at our Fatcat Wealthy branch. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to manage day-to-day operations, and the drive to achieve business growth while ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate will act as the face of the branch, representing the company within the local community, building long-term client relationships, and ensuring smooth operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Leading, guiding, and motivating a team of employees to achieve branch targets.
• Managing daily branch operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships to support long-term growth.
• Monitoring branch performance, including sales, service, and operational efficiency.
• Preparing, analyzing, and presenting financial and operational reports to senior management.
• Implementing strategies to drive revenue, control costs, and maximize profitability.
• Training, mentoring, and supporting staff to build a high-performing team.
• Ensuring customer issues and queries are resolved quickly and effectively.
• Representing the branch in the community to promote services and build brand presence.
• Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth service delivery.

Qualifications & Skills

To be considered for this position, you should have:

• 2–5 years of proven experience in branch management, sales management, or a similar leadership role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Hindi and Malayalam.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of financial management, branch operations, and customer service excellence.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve performance goals.
• High attention to detail and commitment to compliance and ethical practices.
