Key Responsibilities:
1. Order Management
Punch customer orders accurately in the system.
Verify packing slips against physical material.
Ensure timely dispatch of material.
Share invoices with concerned stakeholders.
2. Warehouse Management
Prepare and maintain purchase reports & freight sheets.
Conduct weekly stock verification.
Carry out periodic physical stock verification.
Manage material handling activities.
Raise stock indents as per requirement.
3. Sales Return
Verify sales return material and documentation.
Arrange callbacks and coordinate with sales for closure.
4. Transportation
Arrange transport for dispatches.
Share dispatch details with Sales team and Head Office.
Confirm delivery with transporters/customers.
5. Collection
Update collection information in Google Sheets based on sales team inputs (WhatsApp group updates).
Coordinate with sales team to resolve discrepancies.
6. MIS & Reporting
Maintain and update D-Form records.
Prepare monthly branch claim reports.
Generate MIS reports as per management’s request.

Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Google Sheets).
Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
Good communication skills to coordinate with internal and external teams.
