- Define and execute multi-channel marketing strategy to drive patient volumes, brand awareness and digital lead generation across services.
- Manage marketing budget, campaigns (SEO/SEM, social, content), and CRM-driven patient acquisition & retention programs.
- Partner with clinical leaders to develop service-line positioning, physician outreach and PR initiatives.

- Role & Responsibilities
- Lead IPC program: surveillance, outbreak response, sterilization & disinfection audits, and staff training.

- Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate medical records, manage release of information, coding accuracy and medico-legal documentation.
