Contact Mr Manoj Thenua WhatsApp 6398 652832 Role Responsibilities Provide compassionate care to neonates in the NICU. Monitor vital signs and assess medical conditions of infants. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care. Assist in the development and implementation of care plans. Perform routine procedures such as intubations and IV insertions. Educate parents on the care of their newborns and discharge plans. Maintain accurate and timely medical records and documentation. Respond promptly to emergency situations and stabilize infants as needed. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and team meetings. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and infection control protocols. Engage in continuous professional development and training opportunities. Provide emotional support to families during challenging times. Assist in inventory management and ordering of medical supplies. Contribute to a positive and supportive work atmosphere within the team. Qualifications Registered Nurse with NICU training or certification. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a NICU setting. Strong knowledge of neonatal care protocols and procedures. Ability to work in a high-stress environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred. Valid nursing license to practice in India. Knowledge of medical terminology and equipment related to neonatal care. Experience in family-centered care approaches. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team. Commitment to continuous education and professional development. Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends. Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems. A compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.
