Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans. Manage routine and high-risk pregnancies, including prenatal and postnatal care. Perform gynecological examinations and provide counseling on reproductive health. Assisting in surgeries as required, adhering to the highest standards of patient safety. Coordinate with nursing staff and other medical professionals to ensure seamless patient care. Document patient interactions, treatments, and outcomes accurately in medical records. Staying updated with the latest advancements in gynecology and obstetrics. Educate patients about their conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures. Support labor and delivery processes while ensuring the health and safety of both mother and child. Manage emergency situations and provide timely interventions when necessary. Ensure compliance with medical and ethical standards of practice at all times. Maintain effective communication with patients and their families regarding care plans. Participate in continuous professional development and training initiatives. Engage in community outreach activities to promote women's health. Qualifications MBBS degree from a recognized institution. Registered medical practitioner with a valid medical license. Prior experience in obstetrics and gynecology is highly desirable. Strong understanding of clinical practices in gynecological health. Excellent patient management and consultation skills. Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team. Good verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical and decision-making abilities. Ethical and compassionate towards patients. Ability to handle stress and manage emergencies. Willingness to work on-site in Lalganj, Uttar Pradesh. Familiarity with electronic health records systems. Commitment to continuing medical education and professional development. Recognized certifications in obstetrics and gynecology are an advantage. Proficient in managing patient relationships and documentation. Familiarity with local healthcare regulations and standards.
