Contact Mr Manoj Thenua WhatsApp 6398 652832 Role Responsibilities Provide comprehensive care to patients within the Gynaecology department.Conduct thorough clinical assessments and examinations.Perform necessary diagnostic procedures and interpret results.Assist in surgical procedures, maintaining a sterile environment.Administer medications and treatments as per medical protocols.Respond to emergency situations efficiently and effectively.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans.Educate patients and families about health conditions and treatment options.Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to process improvements.Ensure adherence to ethical standards and hospital policies.Support the training and supervision of junior medical staff.Stay updated with the latest advancements in Gynaecology.Conduct research and participate in clinical studies as required.Foster a positive and supportive environment for both staff and patients. Qualifications Medical degree (MBBS) from a recognized institution.Specialization in Gynaecology (MD/MS) is required.Valid medical license to practice in India.Minimum 3 years of experience in Gynaecology.Strong knowledge of Gynaecological procedures and practices.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.Proficiency in using medical technology and software.Commitment to continuous professional development.Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.Positive attitude towards patient care and staff collaboration.Experience in a similar healthcare setting is an advantage.Dedication to maintaining patient confidentiality and ethical standards.Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.Capable of handling stressful situations with composure.
