Role Overview: We’re looking for a strategic, driven, and empathetic Head of Sales to lead our high impact sales team and take ownership of the entire sales lifecycle. You will be responsible for building customer relationships, driving high-ticket conversions (₹1–4 lakh per sale), mentoring a growing sales team, and collaborating directly with leadership to shape growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities: Ownand optimize the inbound sales funnel via HubSpot, ensuring seamless lead management, pipeline tracking, reporting, and automation. Drive revenue growth by building strong relationships with prospective clients and converting inbound interest from platforms like Instagram, Google, referrals, and the website. Lead and manage a team of 3–5 Program Advisors, providing ongoing training, coaching, and support to enhance sales performance and conversion rates. Align with marketing to ensure lead quality and message consistency. Use HubSpot CRMand Excel to manage data, track KPIs, build forecasts, and share sales performance insights with the leadership team. Communicate with HNI and NRI clients, understanding their specific needs and tailoring solutions to fit their goals. Monitor sales trends, market feedback, and customer behavior to improve strategies, product offerings, and retention. Collaborate with the founder on pricing models, customer journey design, and long term growth planning.
Required Skills & Experience: 7–9 years of total sales experience, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership or team management role. Strong experience in B2C sales, especially in wellness, healthcare, education, or service industries. HubSpot CRM expertise is mandatory– including automation, pipeline management, reporting, and dashboards. Proven ability to meet and exceed revenue targets with high-ticket size programs or services. Excellent spoken and written English communication skills; confident in handling high-value clients including HNIs and NRIs. Strong coaching and mentoring abilities with a collaborative team leadership style. Proficiency in Excel and experience in building reports, dashboards, and forecasts. Ability to spot market trends, analyze sales data, and drive actions from insights. Deep understanding of the customer journey in a wellness or coaching environment. Empathy and passion for women’s health and wellness, with the ability to build trust with clients from varied backgrounds.
Nice to Have: Background or interest in women’s hormonal health, functional medicine, or nutrition. Experience selling services or programs with ticket sizes between ₹1L–₹4L. Understanding of the D2C wellness space, especially through inbound and organic channels.
