Role & Responsibilities Partner with hiring managers to understand tech hiring needs across domains (Java, Cloud, Data, DevOps, Product, etc.) Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, GitHub, etc.) Own the entire recruitment lifecycle: JD creation, outreach, interviews, feedback, negotiation, and onboarding. Track performance metrics: submissions, interviews, offer rollouts, and joining ratios. Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure strong follow-up and relationship management. Requirements 2–5 years of experience in technical hiring (agency or in-house). Strong understanding of tech stacks, engineering roles, and current hiring trends. Hands-on with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri RMS, ATS). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience working with fast-scaling product/tech companies preferred.
