Role & Responsibilities Partner with hiring managers to understand tech hiring needs across domains (Java, Cloud, Data, DevOps, Product, etc.) Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, GitHub, etc.) Own the entire recruitment lifecycle: JD creation, outreach, interviews, feedback, negotiation, and onboarding. Track performance metrics: submissions, interviews, offer rollouts, and joining ratios. Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure strong follow-up and relationship management. Requirements 2–5 years of experience in technical hiring (agency or in-house). Strong understanding of tech stacks, engineering roles, and current hiring trends. Hands-on with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri RMS, ATS). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience working with fast-scaling product/tech companies preferred. Role: Sales Head We are looking for a Sales Head who can design, lead, and scale our sales engine at Think People Solutions. This is a leadership role with high visibility and direct impact on the growth of the organization. Key Responsibilities Sales Leadership & Strategy Build, own, and execute the sales & revenue strategy for Think People Solutions. Set quarterly and annual revenue targets; monitor performance against goals. Drive both new business acquisition and strategic account expansion . Client Acquisition & Management Identify, prospect, and onboard enterprise clients (CXOs, HR Heads, TA leaders) across IT, BFSI, and professional services. Build long-term relationships with decision makers, ensuring trust and repeat business. Lead high-value negotiations (₹50L+ billing) and close deals. Team Building & Management Hire, mentor, and lead a sales team (Sr. Managers & Executives). Drive performance culture with clear KPIs, weekly reviews, and coaching. Align team incentives with company growth goals. Collaboration & Execution Work closely with recruitment/delivery teams to ensure smooth client experience. Partner with leadership to design sales playbooks, pricing models, and market-entry strategies . Represent Think People at industry events, HR forums, and client meetings. Key Deliverables (First 12 Months) Build & lead a high-performing sales team of 3–5 members. Achieve ₹5–8 Cr in new client billing within the first year. Establish 10–12 new enterprise client accounts in priority sectors. Increase wallet share in at least 50% of existing key accounts . Implement a robust CRM & sales reporting system for visibility and forecasting. What We’re Looking For 10–15 years of B2B Sales experience (recruitment, staffing, HR solutions strongly preferred). Proven track record of winning and growing enterprise accounts (₹50L+ per year). Strong CXO/HR Head network across industries. Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills . Ambitious, self-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, founder-led environment . Open to working full-time on-site in Navi Mumbai/Mumbai . Role: Sr. Manager – Sales (Business Development Manager) We are looking for a driven and client-focused Sr. Manager – Sales to spearhead business development efforts, acquire new clients, and grow existing accounts. You will be on the frontlines of our growth journey, driving revenue through strategic partnerships and consultative selling. Key Responsibilities Client Acquisition & Business Development Identify, prospect, and close new corporate clients across IT, BFSI, and professional services sectors .
