Role: Content & Storytelling Creator (AI-powered)

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

• Convert inputs from the Community Manager

   (stories, ideas, themes) into compelling 

  emails, WhatsApp messages, feed posts, and flyers

  .
• Write engaging copy that sparks curiosity, emotional connection, and participation.
• Create 

  short-form & long-form content

   for multiple touchpoints (email, WhatsApp, Substack, community feed).

AI-Powered Storytelling

• Use AI tools

   (ChatGPT, Jasper, Writesonic, etc.) to write and polish stories.
• Use 

  AI video & graphic tools

   (Runway, Synthesia, Canva AI, MidJourney, Pika, etc.) to make videos, reels, and visuals.
• Experiment with formats (memes, reels, carousels, polls) to test engagement.

Community Engagement

• Understand what excites members — track responses, open rates, and comments.

• Collaborate with the Community Manager to evolve content themes based on insights.
• Ensure content is 

  consistent with JoiningHands’ voice and spiritual ethos

  .

Analytics & Optimization

• Track performance of content (open rates, clicks, comments, shares).

• Use data to refine and improve engagement strategies.

Key Deliverables

• Create 

  5–7 pieces of content per week

   (emails, posts, reels, graphics).
• Improve 

  email open rates by 20%

   and 

  community engagement by 30%

• Launch a consistent 

  AI-powered video series

   featuring community stories.
• Build a 

  content bank

   of 100+ ready-to-use posts, graphics, and templates.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong writing skills in 

  English + Hinglish

   (relatable, engaging, simple).
• Comfortable using 

  AI writing + design tools

  .
• Creative thinker with ability to 

  tell stories that connect emotionally

  .
• Experience in 

  social media, content creation, or copywriting

   preferred.
• Curious about 

  healing, transformation, spirituality

   (so the content feels authentic).
• Based in 

  Mumbai
