Role: Sr. Manager – Sales (Business Development Manager)

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Business Development

  • Identify, prospect, and close new corporate clients across 

    IT, BFSI, and professional services sectors

    .
  • Map key decision makers (CXOs, HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Leads) and build long-term relationships.
  • Drive high-volume 

    outreach (calls, LinkedIn, meetings)

     to generate leads and convert them into mandates.

Sales & Revenue Ownership

  • Manage an active 

    sales pipeline

     and ensure monthly/quarterly targets are met.
  • Prepare and deliver 

    proposals, RFPs, and presentations

     to potential clients.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close deals.

Client Relationship Management

  • Act as a trusted partner to clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the delivery & recruitment teams for smooth execution of mandates.

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with the 

    Sales Head

     on strategy, reporting, and account expansion.
  • Mentor and support Sales Executives / Management Trainees in lead generation & client engagement.


Key Deliverables (First 12 Months)

  • Acquire 

    8–10 new mid-to-large enterprise clients

    .
  • Consistently achieve 

    ₹3–5 Cr annual billing targets

    .
  • Build a 

    robust client pipeline

     across Technology & BFSI sectors.
  • Contribute to building and improving 

    sales playbooks and processes

    .
  • Maintain 

    80%+ client retention rate

     across assigned accounts.


What We’re Looking For

  • 5–8 years

     of proven experience in 

    corporate sales / B2B business development

    .
  • Prior exposure to 

    recruitment, staffing, HR solutions, or HR tech

    .
  • Strong presentation, negotiation & closing skills.
  • Ability to independently manage sales cycles and work with delivery teams.
