About the Role:

Senior Manager – Sales

Key Responsibilities:

Revenue & Funnel Management

Own end-to-end sales funnels: Lead → Demo → Conversion → Retention
Track & optimize conversion metrics (Lead-to-Demo %, Demo-to-Sale %, CAC, Attrition)
Build forecasting models for predictable revenue growth

Strategic Planning & Execution

Design regional sales & territory expansion strategies
Conduct market analysis to identify new offline opportunities
Manage office visits, counselling sessions & admissions end-to-end

Team & Leadership

Lead and mentor Managers, ABDMs, and Counsellors
Drive performance reviews, coaching, and team development
Build a strong performance-driven culture

Operational Excellence

Collaborate with Marketing, LeadGen, Product, and Operations teams
Implement data-driven process improvements
Handle escalations & ensure superior customer experience

What We’re Looking For:
