Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Drive end-to-end sales closures — from inquiry handling, client meetings, and negotiations to booking and post-sale coordination. Manage and update leads through CRM software ensuring proper follow-up and pipeline tracking. Train and mentor sales executives to enhance performance and conversion rates. Build strong client relationships and deliver a premium buying experience. Collaborate with marketing and management teams to plan sales strategies and promotional campaigns. Prepare and present weekly/monthly sales reports to management. Key Skills & RequirementsExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proven track record of successful sales closures in residential real estate projects. Strong team-handling and leadership abilities. Hands-on experience with CRM systems and digital tools. Confident, self-motivated, and target-oriented professional. Graduate/MBA preferred. CompensationCompetitive salary + attractive incentives on closures.
