Senior Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager (Traditional Sales) to lead the growth of our innovative product/service – Digital Temples. The ideal candidate will focus on traditional/offline sales channels, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive traditional/offline sales for Digital Temples.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities through field sales.
• Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships.
• Achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business growth.
• Provide regular sales reports and feedback to management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (mandatory).
• 2–5 years of proven experience in traditional/offline sales.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve set targets.
• Previous experience in promoting products/services in FMCG, Retail, or similar industries is preferred.

Pay: ₹280,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
