Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager based in Bhubaneswar. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a high-performing sales team, and driving revenue growth. Key tasks include conducting market research, building strong client relationships, ensuring operational efficiency, monitoring sales targets, and mentoring junior team members. The role involves extensive collaboration with cross-functional teams to align sales objectives with overall business goals.

• Sales Management, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management skills
• Leadership, Team Management, and Coaching skills to mentor and motivate teams
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM software
• Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
