Key Result Areas (KRA) that you will be accountable for include achieving 100% on-time handovers with zero non-compliances, documenting and implementing significant process improvements annually, reducing product safety-related incidents year-on-year, completing quarterly audits with 100% adherence to product safety standards, reducing product delivery and maintenance costs by 10% annually, ensuring 95% adherence to project TATs, collecting feedback from 90% of customers, maintaining a TAT of 24 hours for complaint closures, achieving a minimum CSAT score of 90%, conducting quarterly training programs with 95% employee participation, measuring ROI on training through improved performance metrics and employee feedback, submitting competitor analysis reports annually, implementing at least 95% of management-approved recommendations, and conducting and documenting findings from at least four industry visits annually.
