What You’ll Do:

  • Drive sales of premium residential projects to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
  • Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to maximize conversions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with HNIs, end-users, and channel partners.
  • Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.


What We’re Looking For :

  • Proven track record in residential real estate sales.
  • Strong network of clients and channel partners in Gurgaon/NCR.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
