Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Residential Real Estate Sales Specialist based in Mumbai. The role includes driving real estate sales, managing client interactions, negotiating contracts, and providing top-notch customer service to ensure exceptional client satisfaction. The candidate will provide expert guidance on residential real estate opportunities, maintain relationships with key stakeholders, and manage day-to-day operations to achieve sales targets. Qualifications Proven skills in Real Estate Sales and expertise in Residential Real Estate Experience in Contract Negotiation and Customer Service excellence Strong knowledge of the real estate market and industry trends Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work within a team as well as independently to achieve targets Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred) Prior experience in real estate or property management will be an advantage
