Job Description

Chief Sales & Marketing Officer


  1. Strategic Leadership:

    Define and drive the overall sales and marketing strategy aligned with the company’s growth objectives across all residential and commercial verticals.
  2. Revenue Ownership:

    Lead revenue generation efforts, ensuring consistent achievement of targets and maximizing profitability through channel and direct sales.
  3. Marketing & Branding:

    Spearhead 360-degree marketing campaigns including digital, ATL/BTL, PR, and customer experience to strengthen brand positioning.
  4. Team Management:

    Lead and mentor high-performing sales, CRM, and marketing teams, building a culture of ownership, performance, and innovation.
  5. Channel & Broker Ecosystem:

    Expand and optimize the channel partner network and broker ecosystem across micro-markets to drive market penetration.
  6. Customer Experience:

    Strengthen end-to-end customer journey and post-sales engagement to enhance satisfaction and referrals.
  7. Market Intelligence:

    Monitor real estate trends, competitive activity, and customer insights to guide pricing, product positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
  8. Collaboration:

    Work closely with the product, design, and delivery teams to ensure market-driven product planning and timely launches.


What We’re Looking For:

  1. Proven track record of leading sales and marketing for large-scale real estate projects with multi-crore annual revenue.
  2. Strong business acumen with the ability to align business goals with market dynamics and consumer behavior.
  3. Expertise in building brand narratives and executing high-impact marketing campaigns.
  4. Leadership experience managing large teams across sales, digital, CRM, and brand functions.
  5. Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  6. Preference for candidates with prior exposure to Bangalore’s real estate market.
