The role involves leading sales, marketing, and business development efforts to drive user acquisition and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies to grow platform adoption. Build and manage partnerships with industries, institutions, and organizations. Lead user acquisition initiatives for both job-seekers and job-providers. Drive subscription, advertisement, and related revenue channels. Qualifications Proven experience in sales/marketing leadership roles, preferably in HR Tech, EdTech, or startup environments . Strong B2B sales, digital marketing, partnership-building skills, brand positioning, and revenue growth strategies . Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work on equity-first model .
