Chief Sales & Marketing Officer (CSMO)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies to grow platform adoption.
• Build and manage partnerships with industries, institutions, and organizations.
• Lead user acquisition initiatives for both job-seekers and job-providers.
• Drive subscription, advertisement, and related revenue channels.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in

  sales/marketing leadership

  roles, preferably in

  HR Tech, EdTech, or startup environments

• Strong

  B2B sales, digital marketing, partnership-building skills, brand positioning, and revenue growth strategies

  .
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work on
