Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ranchi for a Chief Sales Marketing Officer. The individual in this role will oversee sales operations, manage and develop sales strategies, and drive sales growth. Responsibilities include leading the sales team, conducting training sessions, and managing high-level client relationships. The role involves working closely with other departments to align marketing strategies with sales objectives.

Qualifications

Proven experience in Sales, Sales Operations, and Sales Management
Strong Team Management and Training skills
Exceptional leadership and communication skills
Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
Experience in the IT or consulting industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
