Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Data Science Specialist located in Ranchi, Jharkhand. The Data Science Specialist will be responsible for analyzing large datasets, developing statistical models, and providing data-driven insights. Daily tasks include data preprocessing, implementing data analysis techniques, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize business processes and strategies.

Qualifications

Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Statistics
Expertise in Data Science and Data Analytics
Experience in Data Analysis techniques and tools
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Proficient in programming languages such as Python or R
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
Experience in the IT or consulting industry is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
Model Development and Deployment:
Designing, building, and deploying machine learning models and algorithms.
Data Handling:
Working with large datasets, performing data analysis, preprocessing, and feature engineering.
Algorithm Implementation:
Implementing and optimizing machine learning algorithms using various programming languages and frameworks.
Collaboration:
Working closely with data scientists, software engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure AI solutions align with business objectives.
Performance Evaluation:
Evaluating model performance, conducting A/B testing, and iteratively improving model accuracy and efficiency.
Productionization:
Implementing models in production environments and monitoring their performance.
Staying Updated:
Keeping up with the latest advancements in AI/ML research and integrating them into the workflow.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Programming Languages: Proficiency in Python, Java, or other relevant languages.
Machine Learning Frameworks: Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or similar frameworks.
Data Analysis and Modeling: Strong understanding of statistical analysis, machine learning algorithms, and data visualization.
Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and solve complex problems using AI/ML techniques.
Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Cloud Technologies: Familiarity with cloud AI services and deploying models on cloud platforms.
