Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Residential Real Estate Sales Specialist based in Mumbai. The role includes driving real estate sales, managing client interactions, negotiating contracts, and providing top-notch customer service to ensure exceptional client satisfaction. The candidate will provide expert guidance on residential real estate opportunities, maintain relationships with key stakeholders, and manage day-to-day operations to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Real Estate Sales and expertise in Residential Real Estate
• Experience in Contract Negotiation and Customer Service excellence
• Strong knowledge of the real estate market and industry trends
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work within a team as well as independently to achieve targets
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred)
• Prior experience in real estate or property management will be an advantage
