Channel Sales Specialist

As a Senior Sales Executive/Assistant Sales Manager/Deputy Sales Manager at our renowned Real Estate client based in Mumbai, your primary responsibility will be to identify, onboard, and manage a robust network of channel partners to drive residential sales. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining productive relationships with brokers, agencies, and external sales partners. Conducting regular partner trainings, project briefings, and site visits to ensure alignment with sales goals will also be a key part of your role. Monitoring lead flow and conversions from channel partners to ensure quality and timely closures is another significant aspect of this position. To excel in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience in channel sales within the real estate industry. Additionally, possessing a strong broker network and understanding of local market dynamics, particularly in Mumbai, will be advantageous. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are essential for success in this position.
