Job Description

Finance Manager (Fund Raising)

Responsibilities

Dealing with Banks / institution and handled Fund raising transactions / documentation / pre & post disbursement compliances like
Ensure all documentation to be completed and submitted to banks required for new loan and relating to disbursement of loan
Liaising with various consultants for completion of due diligence
Compliance of post sanction formalities in terms of documentation, MIS, instalment repayment with banks
Ensure timely payment of bank instalments through proper fund management
Day to day banking transaction related to the inflow and the outflow
Project level projections and monitoring cash flow management
Making accounting entries and supervising of entries in the books of accounts and ensure that all the entries are made correctly
Supervising of RERA compliances

Qualifications

Inter CA / MBA in finance
Real estate industry background with minimum 8 years’ relevant experience

Working Days: 2nd & 4th Saturday's off
