Finance Manager (Fund Raising)

Responsibilities

• Dealing with Banks / institution and handled Fund raising transactions / documentation / pre & post disbursement compliances like
• Ensure all documentation to be completed and submitted to banks required for new loan and relating to disbursement of loan
• Liaising with various consultants for completion of due diligence
• Compliance of post sanction formalities in terms of documentation, MIS, instalment repayment with banks
• Ensure timely payment of bank instalments through proper fund management
• Day to day banking transaction related to the inflow and the outflow
• Project level projections and monitoring cash flow management
• Making accounting entries and supervising of entries in the books of accounts and ensure that all the entries are made correctly
• Supervising of RERA compliances

Qualifications

• Inter CA / MBA in finance
• Real estate industry background with minimum 8 years’ relevant experience

Working Days: 2nd & 4th Saturday's off
