Liaison Architect

Education: B. Arch

Key Responsibilities:

Manage liaison with authorities like BMC, BP, MoEFCC, CFO, SRA for all project approvals.
Ensure project compliance, guide teams on permissions, and handle all related documentation (drafting letters, legal inputs).
Collaborate closely with design, finance, and legal teams, as well as external consultants.
Conduct site visits for approval parameter checks and provide solutions for liaison queries.
Oversee budget implementation, employee reviews, training, scheduling, and contract negotiations.
Formulate policies and procedures to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
