Responsibilities Sales (NEXA) Project Oversight Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Manage the complete lifecycle of sales projects, from planning and execution to monitoring and closure. Coordination & Stakeholder Engagement Act as the central point of contact, facilitating effective cross-department communication. Conduct preliminary checks and lead Gate Review meetings to align stakeholders on lead times, resource allocation, and business opportunities. Collaborate with the Technical Lead to proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks Process Optimization & Resource Management Implement standardized project management tools and methodologies to drive efficiency. Explore automation and workflow optimization to enhance team productivity. Ensure optimal resource allocation while maintaining cost efficiency. Reporting & Post-Launch Review Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to leadership and sales teams, highlighting key achievements and risks. Maintain comprehensive documentation (i.e. success stories) for future reference and scalability. Conduct post-launch win/loss reviews with sales and technical teams, ensuring justifications and closing the project loop. Optimise production process considering all 4 Ms Man, Machine, Material & Money Review Production plan and optimise it. Ensure that products are produced on time and are of expected quality. Monitoring production processes and involve in Production planning. Monitor product standards and implementing Quality Control and Food Safety programs. Assist in implementing plant improvement and expansion activities. Ensure that the utilities are supplied to Production without fail. Efficient use of maintenance personnel and equipment. Analyse the utilities consumption pattern and arrive at means to reduce costs. Assess, monitor and optimise spares consumption. Analyse the Breakdown of each line and arrive at a proper Corrective and Preventive action for the same. Liaison with the EB and PCB officials. Preferred candidate profile BE / BTech in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering with around 12 to 15 years experience. Experience in Aqua Industry will be an added advantage.
