Organize and conduct Continuing Medical Education (CME) sessions and local awareness camps to educate the medical community about balance disorder diagnostics. Identify new business opportunities and execute region-specific strategies for market expansion. Work closely with the clinical and operations team to ensure seamless customer onboarding and satisfaction. Track market trends and competitor activities to support strategic planning. Maintain accurate records of visits, interactions, and referral data for regular reporting. Skills do we look for: 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably with exposure to ENT, neurology, or GP networks. Proven track record in doctor engagement and referral generation. Experience in organizing CMEs and public awareness initiatives is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
