Job Description

Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and driven person to join our team and to expand our outreach in the ENT, Neurology, and GP segments. The ideal candidate will have a strong pharmaceutical background with proven success in doctor engagement and referral generation. The position requires a proactive individual who can independently drive business initiatives and develop strong stakeholder relationships. What is the role like: For this role, we are specifically looking for the people who are looking to make a successful career in Business Development and currently having minimum of 5+ years of experience in business development in healthcare. Prior experience from medical devices companies specializing in neurology related equipment is desired. Additional responsibilities, this role will have, are as below: Develop and maintain strong relationships with ENT specialists, neurologists, and general physicians to generate referrals. Regularly visit doctors and healthcare institutions to promote NeuroEquilibriums solutions. Organize and conduct Continuing Medical Education (CME) sessions and local awareness camps to educate the medical community about balance disorder diagnostics. Identify new business opportunities and execute region-specific strategies for market expansion. Work closely with the clinical and operations team to ensure seamless customer onboarding and satisfaction. Track market trends and competitor activities to support strategic planning. Maintain accurate records of visits, interactions, and referral data for regular reporting. Skills do we look for: 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably with exposure to ENT, neurology, or GP networks. Proven track record in doctor engagement and referral generation. Experience in organizing CMEs and public awareness initiatives is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Mumbai: Proficiency in English and Marathi. Presentable, self-motivated, and result-oriented. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with a passion for innovation. Must be a go-getter with the drive to deliver results and explore new avenues for growth. Ability to convince the doctors and the hospital management about the healthcare service. Should be good with proper forecasting and execution of sales plans. A traveler, since, this role may involve travelling within the region and outside the region if require, based on the business needs.
