A product specialist/Manager in the medical device industry acts as a bridge between the company, its products, and healthcare professionals. They are responsible for promoting and supporting the company's products, providing technical expertise, and building relationships with customers. This includes activities like product launch, product demonstrations, training, complete revenue cycle management, pricing and providing feedback to the management & product development team.
Conducting product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions for healthcare professionals, potential clients, and internal teams.
Providing in-depth technical knowledge about the medical devices, including their features, benefits, and usage.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry, including doctors, nurses, and hospital administrators.
Staying updated on industry trends, competitor products, and customer needs to inform product strategy and identify growth opportunities.
Collecting and analyzing customer feedback, providing input to the product development team, and reporting on product performance and market trends.
Providing training and education to customers and internal teams on the use and benefits of the medical devices.
Assisting the sales team with customer meetings, trade shows, and other activities to drive sales and achieve business objectives. Responsible for entire revenue cycle and growth.
