Product Specialist

Role & responsibilities

Product Due Diligence & Review

• Conduct periodic reviews to ensure products remain suitable and aligned with company and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain due diligence documentation including product notes, evaluation matrices, and rating reports.
• Identify potential product risks and highlight early warning indicators.

Market & Industry Tracking

• Track macroeconomic trends, market movements, sector outlooks, and regulatory updates impacting investment products.
• Monitor competitors product offerings and emerging investment themes.

Internal Coordination & Support

• Work closely with Wealth RMs, Advisors, and Broking Teams to provide product insights and recommendations.
• Support internal stakeholders with product comparisons, research notes, and client queries.
• Assist in preparing investment presentations, product summaries, and advisory notes.

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare product research reports, investment rationales, and performance dashboards.
• Present product reviews and recommendations to senior management and investment committees.
• Maintain MIS for product evaluation, approvals, and periodic reviews.

Compliance & Regulatory Alignment

• Ensure all research, recommendations, and product reviews adhere to SEBI, AMFI, and internal compliance policies.

Assist in regulatory reporting and audit requirements related to investment products.

Preferred candidate profile

NISM certifications (VA/Series X-A & X-B), CA/CFA/CFP/MBA Finance preferred.
