Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, for a Product Specialist. The Product Specialist will be responsible for understanding product specifications, providing technical expertise, ensuring efficient communication with clients, and driving customer satisfaction. They will give detailed Demos, resolve customer queries, analyze product performance, and collaborate with the sales team to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in understanding and managing products, with experience working as a Product Specialist or in a similar capacity.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
• Customer service skills to address inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Proficient in using business software and tools relevant to product management and sales.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; a healthcare or medical background is an added advantage.
