Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Specialist located in Delhi, India. The Product Specialist will be responsible for providing expert knowledge of products, assisting in their implementation, and helping clients optimize their usability. Daily tasks include collaborating with the sales and customer service teams, addressing customer inquiries, analyzing product performance, and providing feedback to improve product offerings. The role also involves conducting training sessions and presentations to educate clients and colleagues on product usage and features.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Product Specialist domains with demonstrated expertise in understanding technical product capabilities and delivering actionable insights.
• Strong Analytical Skills for assessing product performance, identifying improvements, and solving complex problems effectively.
• Excellent Communication skills for conveying technical information clearly, and ensuring successful collaboration with teams and customers.
• Experience in Customer Service and Sales to build relationships, offer solution-based services, and support client success.
• Strong organizational abilities, proactive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields such as Business, Marketing, or Engineering is preferred.
• Prior experience in the technology, software, or related industry will be advantageous.
