We power AI innovation across education, research, startups, ISVs, enterprises, and GSIs, seamlessly unified on a single cloud fabric. We are looking for a Product Specialist to own, evangelize, and scale Shakti Cloud’s client-facing GPU and AI offering; from bare metal and VMs to AI Labs, model inference and next-generation AI services.

This is a high-impact, high-ownership role that sits at the intersection of Product, Sales, Engineering, and Customers.

Role Overview :

As a Product Specialist, you will own the product line end-to-end—probing customer needs, leading high-impact conversations across customer engagements and industry events, driving leads and opportunities, and powerfully positioning Shakti Cloud’s value proposition to fuel adoption, consumption growth, cross-sell, up-sell, and sustained value realization. You will act as:

• The voice of the customer
• The face of the product
• The driver of adoption, revenue, and product-market fit

This is a results-driven role, where success is defined by growth, and the accelerating adoption of Shakti Cloud under your leadership.

What You’ll Own -

Sales & Business Enablement (Product-Led Growth)

• Drive revenue and adoption by supporting Account Managers across the full sales cycle:
• Opportunity qualification
• Technical discovery & solution alignment
• Translate complex customer challenges into clear, differentiated Shakti Cloud solutions.
• Deliver compelling product pitches, demos, architecture walkthroughs, and executive presentations.
• Act as the trusted product advisor in strategic customer engagements.

Product Ownership & Execution

• Translate customer needs and market signals into high-impact features and roadmap priorities.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering to:
• Shape scalable, reliable, and performant AI cloud capabilities
• Drive timely and high-quality product launches
• Track adoption, performance, utilization, and customer satisfaction, continuously iterating to improve outcomes.

Market, Customer & Ecosystem Engagement

• Build strong relationships with:
• Enterprise customers
• AI startups & ISVs
• System integrators and ecosystem partners
• Monitor trends in:
• GPU cloud platforms
• AI infrastructure & inference stacks
• Competitive pricing, benchmarks, and GTM strategies
• Represent Shakti Cloud at:
• Industry events, workshops, and AI forums
• Product launches and partner campaigns

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Work with Solution Architects to design secure, cost-efficient, and high-performance cloud architectures.
• Partner with Marketing to create:
• Product collateral, solution briefs, and case studies
• Sales playbooks and competitive positioning
• Enable internal teams through training, documentation, and enablement sessions.

Your Expertise

Must-Have Skills

• Strong understanding of cloud computing and GPU infrastructure:
• IaaS, PaaS, GPUaaS
• Virtualization, containers, Kubernetes
• Storage, networking, and cloud security
• Ability to explain deep technical concepts in a clear, customer-friendly manner.
• Proven experience working with cloud platforms, AI infrastructure, or large-scale systems.

Experience & Qualifications

• 8–10 years of total experience, including:
• 5+ years in Product Specialist roles or Business Development for cloud, AI/ML, or GPU platforms
• Engineering background:
• BE / BTech (Computer Science, IT, Electronics)
• MBA or equivalent business qualification is a plus
• Experience operating in a fast-paced, high-growth cloud or technology environment.
