Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead change management initiatives to deliver customer-centric solutions in collaboration with development teams and digital product leads.
• Develop and execute product communication plans, training material, documentation, and launch strategies to support product rollouts.
• Use audio/video tools to deliver presentations to business stakeholders and resolve user queries on digital product features.
• Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for product functionality, supporting users with guidance on digital product platforms.
• Coordinate testing activities by working with global users and stakeholders to validate product requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Support iterative releases and ensure continuous quality and alignment through end-user testing and feedback cycles.
• Collaborate with users globally to identify testing scenarios that drive improved usability and adoption.
• Contribute to defining and tracking product user experience metrics / OKRs, including satisfaction, adoption, workflow efficiency, and engagement.
• Analyze customer experience and market trends to suggest enhancements that improve digital product performance and business value.

Skills Required:

• Strong experience with Digital Products / Digital Product Platforms
• Expertise in Product Specialist responsibilities (adoption, enablement, rollout, communication)
• Proven ability in customer-centric solution delivery
• Experience in product launch, training, documentation and enablement
• Stakeholder Management - working across global teams, business users, and product owners
• Knowledge of OKR / product metrics / customer experience metrics
• Understanding of change management frameworks
