Sales Head


Experience required:

real estate industry.


Key Responsibilities Areas:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for luxury and mid-segment residential projects.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle including lead generation, site visits, negotiations, and closures.
  • Ensure excellent customer experience and retention.

Skills/Qualifications:

  1. Mandatory experience in

    residential sales

    in Mumbai.
  2. Hands-on experience in

    handling luxury, mid-segment residential projects,

    standalone buildings and gated communities.
  3. Strong leadership, negotiation and client relationship management skills.
  4. Established network with brokers and channel partners.
  5. Ability to develop innovative sales strategies and adapt to changing market conditions.
  6. Deep understanding of the real estate market, local trends, laws and regulations.
