We are looking for a results-driven Sales Head to drive our global growth in technology services. In this high impact role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, deepen strategic client partnerships and lead consultative sales engagements that deliver measurable value.
Own and drive end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure across international markets.
Lead the sales team to build and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities across target verticals
Develop a deep understanding of SpringCTs technology services, capabilities, and value proposition to define go-to-market strategies.
Develop pricing strategies for various engagement models
Lead client discovery, pitch presentations, and contract negotiations in collaboration with technical, marketing and sales support teams.
Develop and execute sales plans, create forecasts, and monitor performance against targets.
Achieve and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and account penetration metrics.
Develop C-level relationships with strategic customers, act as point of escalation, collect feedback and feed it to delivery teams.
Degree in Computer Science/Engineering, MBA in Sales & Marketing
Good understanding of one or more focused verticals - unified communication & collaboration, IoT, healthcare, and fintech.
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and closing multi-million dollar deals.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Experience of working with global clients especially in North America and Europe.
Good understanding of legal, IP Protection and contractual obligations
