Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Sales to spearhead our business development and revenue growth strategy. The role requires building strong customer relationships, expanding into new markets, and positioning MiCoB as a global leader in 3DCP construction solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with MiCoB’s growth objectives.
  • Build and manage a high-performing sales team across key verticals (Defence, Hospitality, Infrastructure, Global Expansion).
  • Business Development

  • Identify, pursue, and convert high-value opportunities with government bodies, defence, private developers, and international partners.
  • Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with clients, distributors, and industry associations.
  • Revenue & Market Growth

  • Drive revenue targets and profitability while ensuring long-term sustainability.
  • Expand MiCoB’s presence in India and explore global markets for adoption of 3DCP solutions.
  • Customer Engagement & Key Accounts

  • Lead negotiations with CXO-level stakeholders and government decision-makers.
  • Strengthen customer relationships by delivering value-added solutions and ensuring customer success.
  • Market Intelligence & Branding

  • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor moves, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to amplify MiCoB’s brand visibility and thought leadership.


Desired Candidate Profile

Education:

Experience:

  • 10+ years of proven sales leadership in construction, infrastructure, defence, or related B2B sectors.
  • Strong network across government agencies, real estate, defence, and institutional clients.

Skills & Attributes:

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to scale new technologies.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic thinker with data-driven execution capability.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
