This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Head of Sales at The Coffee Co India. The Head of Sales will oversee overall sales operations, manage and develop a high-performing sales team, and drive revenue growth. Key responsibilities include creating and executing sales strategies, maintaining strong relationships with key accounts, analyzing sales data to identify trends, and ensuring targets and KPIs are met. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align sales objectives with broader company goals is also a critical aspect of this role.
