You will be tasked with managing order records, deliveries, and invoices with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Additionally, you will be responsible for generating invoices for customers, ensuring their completeness and accuracy. Furthermore, you will be required to update prices in the system as needed and promptly notify customers of any price changes. It will also be part of your role to ensure that all dispatch-related documentation, such as invoices and delivery notes, are accurately completed and signed before dispatch. The ideal candidate for this position should possess strong organizational and time management skills, along with a keen eye for detail and precision. Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential, as is the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
