📌 JOB DESCRIPTION: SALES HEAD / GROWTH LEAD
Location: Surat (HQ)
Experience: 4–6 years (services sales preferred)
CTC: ₹40,000 – ₹45,000 / month
Role Objective
Own revenue, pipeline, and sales discipline. Build a predictable sales engine.
Key Responsibilities
Own monthly revenue & collection targets
Manage BDE(s), Account Manager & interns
Enforce HubSpot CRM discipline
Approve pricing, proposals & discounts
Forecast revenue weekly
Conduct weekly sales reviews
Work with founder on high-value closures
KPIs
Monthly revenue achieved
Collection efficiency (%)
Pipeline health (next 30/60 days)
Team productivity
Must Have
Proven closure experience
Numbers-driven mindset
Experience selling services (IT / marketing / agency)
