Head of Sales

Job Summary:
Angle Belearn is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Head to lead and manage our entire sales team. The Sales Head will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, and ensuring the team consistently meets and exceeds sales targets. This role requires a strategic leader with a proven track record in the Edtech or Education sector.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Sales Leadership:Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve organizational sales goals.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Set and monitor sales targets and KPIs for the sales team.
Forecast sales and provide regular reports to senior management.
Team Management and Development: Recruit, train, and mentor sales team members.
Provide ongoing coaching and support to ensure team members' success.Foster a positive and high-performance sales culture.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Sales Process Optimization: Develop and refine sales processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Implement and manage CRM systems and other sales tools.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales data.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and other departments to ensure alignment and achieve organizational objectives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Science (BSc), Master's degree in Science (MSc), • • • Master of Business Administration (MBA), or Bachelor of Technology (BTech).
Minimum 4+ years of experience in sales within the EdTech or Education industry.
Minimum 2+ years of experience in a Head/Manager position, leading and managing a sales team.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools.
Strong understanding of the online education market.
