Role Overview

Sales Head


Key Responsibilities

1. Land Sales Management

  • Lead and manage land sales operations to achieve revenue targets
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for retail investors, corporate buyers, and channel partners
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and stakeholders

2. Target Achievement

  • Ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets are met
  • Track team performance and guide members to achieve individual and collective goals

3. Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team for optimal performance
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance sales, negotiation, and closing skills

4. Sales Reporting & MIS

  • Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
  • Present sales performance and strategic insights to MD, CEO, CFO, and HR Head

5. Client & Channel Partner Management

  • Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners to expand market reach
  • Negotiate deals and ensure smooth closures in line with company policies

6. Market Research & Strategy

  • Conduct ongoing market research to analyze trends, competition, and pricing
  • Provide strategic inputs to management for improving sales effectiveness

7. Compliance & Documentation

  • Oversee preparation and verification of contracts and legal documentation
  • Ensure compliance with real estate laws and internal company guidelines


Skills & Qualifications

Experience

  • 5–7 years of proven experience in real estate sales, specifically land sales
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting
  • Strong analytical and forecasting abilities

Leadership & Communication

  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead, inspire, and drive high-performing teams

Knowledge

  • In-depth understanding of real estate market dynamics and legal compliance

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
  • MBA preferred
