Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Certificate/diploma in retail management (preferred).
• 2–4 years of retail experience, including 1 year in supervision or floor management.
• Experience with ethnic or specialty products is an added advantage.

• Strong knowledge of multicultural foods, ingredients, and customer preferences.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.

• Effective merchandising and inventory management skills.
